The British outlet have mentioned that Arsenal main problem in signing Fred would be Manchester United and therefore, Arsene Wenger and Jose Mourinho are set to battle for the Samba star, who is valued at 30 million pounds ($40.7million).
The former Internacional player is a versatile talent, who is naturally a creative midfielder and Fred can effectively play as a defensive midfielder as well.
This season, he has played in 24 games so far for the Ukrainian side, netting two goals and providing the club with four assists.
He made his senior international debut for Brazil in 2014 and so far, he has registered 6 appearances for the Selecao.
