The future of Kylian Mbappe looks set to become clear next week.
Arsenal are one of several clubs who have been queuing up to prize the teenage French sensation away from Monaco this summer.
The Ligue 1 champions have received bids from the Gunners, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-German for the striker, who scored 24 goals during a stunning breakthrough 2016/17 campaign.
Those goals helped Monaco win the title in France and also reach the semi-finals of the Champions League, where they were eventually beaten by Juventus.
But Mbappe’s scintillating form caught the attention of top clubs across Europe – sparking a transfer tussle which has raged all summer.
Monaco have given the 18-year-old permission to decide his own future – but remain determined to hold on their prized asset.
