Confirmed: Thomas Lemar to Arsenal is done, he will join the Gunners

That is according to Italian football journalist Emanuele Giulianelli, who claims Monaco are just waiting to snap up a replacement before Lemar’s move to the Emirates Stadium is rubber-stamped.
