Arsenal are not just working on bringing players to the club but also working on those that are to leave the club. According to report, Newcastle United are preparing a deal to sign versatile Arsenal defender Isaac Hayden.
Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez is in the market shopping for players to strengthen his squad in order to make an immediate return back to the Premier League, following their relegation from the English top flight last season.
The versatile defender has the ability to play at the centre of defence, in midfield, or at right-back, Hayden performed creditably well during his loan spell at Hull City last season, playing 17 league matches.
The young defender has only played twice for the Arsenal’s first-team, with his most recent match coming in a 2-1 League Cup defeat to Southampton in September 2014.
Going out on loan is very important for the development of this youngster, who will have ampule chance to play regular football and develop his skills instead of wasting time in and around the first team and the reserve.
Arsenal big boys like Jack Wilshere and Aaron Ramsey has at some point in their playing career gone out on loan, and it has paid off for them, the club and their National team.
