The Turkish attacking midfielder moved to the Nou Camp back in 2015 but has had an immensely frustrating time with the Catalan giants, only managing 15 goals in 55 appearances.
Reports suggest Turan, 30, has personally agreed to joining the Gunners this summer, with Barca holding out for a £26million fee, but his representative, Ahmet Bulut, believes his client is happy where he is.
‘Arda is not going anywhere. Barcelona’s directors are happy with him,’ Bulut is quoted as saying by Spanish outlet AS.
‘We haven’t spoken to any club about a transfer. The stories that have come out in the media that he will be leaving have annoyed Arda.
‘And nor has it gone down well with board members at the club – Arda Turan will see out his contract.
‘He will stay at Barca until 2020.’
