THEO WALCOTT has completed his £20m move to Everton.
Sam Allardyce was desperate to sign the England international to boost his side’s goal threat.
And he’s now wrapped up a £20m deal for Walcott – despite Arsenal orignally wanting £30m.
Starsport have been told the England international has signed on the dotted line at Goodison Park, with an official announcement from both clubs imminent.
Walcott leaves the Gunners after tumbling down the pecking order in the past 12 months.
The 28-year-old has made just 15 appearances this season but hasn’t started a Premier League game since April last year.
Walcott, who joined Arsenal from Southampton in 2006, has scored 108 goals in 397 matches for Arsenal.
He becomes Allardyce’s second signing of the month following Cenk Tosun’s £28m arrival from Turkish outfit Besiktas.
“Theo’s not as risky (as Tosun) because he’s proven,” Allardyce said last week. “He’s scored 100 goals for Arsenal from wide positions as well as many assists.
