Arsene Wenger is nearing the end of his glamorous career with Arsenal after spending over 20years with club.
The Frenchman’s future with the Gunners is in some doubt at the moment as his contract expires in the summer, and with the team looking set to miss out on the Premier League title yet again.
Arsenal are seen as having massively underachieved in the latter half of Wenger’s reign, and many fans would feel the manager’s time could now be up if they miss out on major honours again this term.
And while Wenger has long been tipped to stay on in some capacity at the Emirates Stadium, Parlour disagrees and thinks he’s more likely to cut all ties with Arsenal when he does step down.
‘He would know if hasn’t done a good job this season, and I think he would walk,’ Parlour told talkSPORT.
‘He wouldn’t go upstairs, I think he’d go back to France and that’s it.
‘I don’t think he’d be part of the board. I don’t think he’s the sort of man who would do that.’
