Breaking! Arsenal Set To Unveil World Class Attacker Ahead Of Liverpool Clash

With Arsenal’s success at experienced players to the Emirates this summer being limited thus far, it appears as if Wenger might be sticking to what he knows best and turning to youth once more to bolster his side before the Premier League season gets underway.

Last week, Arsenal completed the signing of Nigerian youngster Kelechi Nwakali on a long-term but it seems they will add another talent to the ranks of the academy within days.

Latest reports according to the Daily Mirror claims Arsenal among other clubs have sent scouts to watch England born player Ademola Lookman, who plays for Charlton, as they look to snap up a deal for the prospect.

Lookman joined Charlton’s academy in 2014 after signing from Waterloo FC, a youth football club based in the London Borough of Lambeth. His impressive show-offs for Charlton’s academy saw him handed an opportunity for the Addicks in 2015.

However, Arsenal are not left alone in the player’s chase. They are joined by Tottenham and Liverpool  and Southampton but he will favour an Arsenal move following the antecedent of the club’s youth set up.

The teenager signed a new long-term deal at Charlton back in February, but given the way modern football works, top clubs will still feel they can prise him away from The Valley.

He is valued at £2million.
