Arsenal’s 40 Million Pounds Target To Force A Move In January – Reports

If you believe SportsDirectNews website’s reports, Arsenal target Luiz Suarez will attempt once more to force a move away from the Anfield club. The Uruguayan did all he could to leave Liverpool in the just concluded summer window but the move was blocked by Liverpool as they didn’t not want to sell. Wenger tried to sign the striker but all attempt was stopped by Liverpool.

However, with the summer transfer window closed and the January window getting closer, sources at the Anfield club have confirmed Suarez wants to “facilitate an amicable exit” once the January transfer window opens and when he apologized to Brendan Rodgers and Liverpool fans, he was merely laying the first stone to ensure he is allowed to go in the January window.

“Scratch beneath the surface and we all know Luis is unhappy at Liverpool, that’s not changed overnight,” a source said.

“He knows he has to get the fans back on his side if he has a chance of leaving otherwise it will be back to square one. He wants an easy life for the next few months.”

According to many reports, Wenger will be encouraged by the Arsenal board to sign the marquee striker which he failed to do in the just concluded transfer window. However, it is important to point out that it is not only Arsenal that are interested in the player. Real Madrid are also interested and if you believe Marca ( a Spanish paper ), they will be coming in for the striker once the January window opens.
