Arsenal travel to Stoke this evening for their first away game of the Premier League season.

It will be the usual hostile atmosphere and tough game that the Gunners always get in Stoke.

There has been a big boost for Arsene Wenger though with Per Mertesacker and Shkodran Mustafi returning to full fitness. Both should come straight back into the line up.

Aaron Ramsey and Olivier Giroud came off the bench last week to rescue the game against Leicester and will both probably start.

Giroud’s physicality could be very important against the Potters.

Alexis Sanchez is still not ready for this game but Arsene Wenger has said that he could be back for the Liverpool game next weekend.

Alexandre Lacazette scored just a few minutes into his Premier League debut but could drop into a deeper role behind Giroud for this one.

Nacho Monreal is likely to be the one to start alongside Mertesacker and Mustafi at the back with Sead Kolasinac moving to left wing back.
