Arsenal now agreeing transfer to sell 29-year-old, ‘Deal in principle reached’.
Unai Emery has so far rewarded a couple of first team stars with new deals, but there are others who are not likely to be promised a contract extension to remain at the Emirates stadium this summer.
One of those players is definitely David Ospina, a man linked with a departure for the past two years as he remains second-choice in the goalkeeping department.
According to a report from Turkish source Fanatik, the Gunners are expected to agree a deal to sell the 29-year-old to Besiktas.
A detailed report by Turkish Football further claims the Gunners have given Ospina the green light to complete an exit and a ‘deal in principle’ has also been ‘reached’ between the goalkeeper and the Turkish side.
Ospina moved to Arsenal from Nice almost four years ago after his impressive performances for Colombia at the 2014 World Cup.
