Arsenal have been handed a major boost after it emerged that four star players are set to return for their Europa League tie against Atletico Madrid as reported by the Mirror.

Arsene Wenger’s side face the first leg at the Emirates before travelling out Spain for the all-important second leg, which is sandwiched between a Premier League trip to Old Trafford to face Manchester United.

The Europa League is now Arsenal’s only hope of qualifying for next season’s Champions League with a place in the top four all but gone.

Jack Wilshere, Aaron Ramsey and David Ospina are all set to return after missing the defeat to Newcastle United to boost Wenger’s side.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan could also be involved after missing the last couple of weeks after it was feared that his injury wasn’t as bad as it first seemed.

This all comes as a huge boost for Wenger as he hopes to land the Gunners back in the Champions League after a poor season in the league.
