Arsene Wenger appears to be nearing a deal which would see him secure the acquisition of a replacement for Alexis Sanchez according to reports.
With the January transfer window around the corner, the Arsenal manager has been linked with a move for a host of players who can improve his squad’s hopes of mounting an unlikely title challenge.
Key forward Alexis Sanchez is still seemingly reluctant to extend his contract at the club, prompting more rumours about a departure in the winter.
Thus, reports are now claiming that the Gunners have now moved into talks with Olympique Lyonnais over the signing of star attacker Nabil Fekir.
Arsenal did business with the Ligue 1 club not too long ago as Alexandre Lacazette was purchased at the beginning of July.
And according to the latest report, talks are underway between the two sides over a possible £60 million move to the Emirates stadium for Fekir.
The 24-year-old has been in brilliant form for Lyon this season and his arrival would almost certainly be to replace the unsettled Alexis Sanchez.
