The close of the transfer window draws closer and the new Premier League season draws even closer and there’s certainly some angst in the fan base of Arsenal.
Arsenal have been dealt a huge blow in our pursuit of Argentina Born striker Mauro Icardi. This follows from reports today that Inter Milan’s new coach Frank De Boer has ruled out the sale of the player.
Icardi has been in the transfer news of Arsenal beginning this summer. Following the departure of Roberto Macini from the San Siro, it was believed the player would want out of the club with the Emirates Stadium as possible destination for him.
However, Here’s what De Boer said “Icardi is very important to me and will remain. And he’s young, [he]can still learn a lot but has already proven to be a fantastic player, we can work together very well, there will be no problem.”
While Nara said “Changes are for the brave, the cowardly always prefers to stay where they are even if they are not happy.”
Wenger had admitted that he is on the look out for an attacker like icardi that can thick the box. This report means the only realistic deal Arsenal can pull is for Lacazette.
Icardi himself hasn’t even said he’s unhappy at Inter, in fact, the only one saying that is Nara whose job is to get the best deal for her clisband using whatever means she sees fit.
