Arsene Wenger has been on his heels trying to secure deals for some of his key players as they head to the final years of their current contract.
According to reports, Laurent Koscielny is on the verge of signing a new three year contract that will keep him at the Emirates until atleast 2020.
According to L’Equipe, the centreback is set to sign a contract extension with Arsenal. It’ll take him up to 2020 and make him one of the top three highest earners at the club behind Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez.
The France international is currently 31 so by the time this reported contract is up, he’ll be 35.
It will also mean he’s been at Arsenal for an entire decade.
With this in mind, could this new contract propel Kos to ‘legend’ status?
