Agent Opens Door For Arsenal To Make Shock Move For Striker

Mario-Balotelli_0AC Milan star and sudden Arsenal target Mario Balotelli may not end his career at the Italian side, according to his agent.

The Italian has provided some sparkling performances on the pitch for the Serie A giants but has equally courted bad press for his off-the-field antics. Balotelli attracted unwanted publicity during his time at Inter Milan and Manchester City, and now, his agent believes the media attention he has received may force him to move elsewhere.

“There is an exaggerated amount of attention on him,”

“It’s not on. I don’t know if I’d be able to stand it all personally. We all need to calm down and we’ll analyse things with Milan.

“Certainly Italy will not be the final stage of his career, but we still have lots of years on his contract here and we don’t want to think that he has to leave for this reason.” (Daily Express)

Interesting thoughts from Raiola but even if Balotelli wants to leave the Serie A, will a Premier League return entice him after the all the media attention he courted for the wrong reasons and even if he wants a return to the EPL, is Arsenal the right club to manage him? Wenger is a good man manager but I doubt if he can manage Balotelli’s excesses. Le Prof doesn’t want his players in the spotlight for the wrong reasons and with Balotelli, Arsenal will be in the news almost every time for the wrong reasons.

Arsenal are in the hunt for a new striker but certainly, Balotelli isn’t the right answer to the search.
