After Signing Xhaka, Arsenal To Complete Signing Of £75,000-A-Week Star

After signing Granit Xhaka, one would think Wenger won’t be interested in the signing of another central midfielder, alias, the Frenchman is said to still be in the market for the signign of another midfielder. This time, Newcastle United’s Moussa Sissoko is said to be on his way to Arsenal in a deal in the region of 10 million.

The high rated Frenchman has always been linked with a move to Arsenal and it appears Leicester City won’t be letting Arsenal sign N’Golo Kante and Wenger has decided to instead focus on signing Moussa Sissoko.

The Frenchman had confirmed in recent weeks that he will like to play in the Champions League and with Newcastle United now relegated, it will be a lot easier to prize away their players.

“It’s difficult to answer but I know this team and this club deserved to stay up.

“But we are in the Championship now so we need to do everything to try and come back for the next season because this club should normally be in the top 10 [of the Premier League].

“This season was hard for everyone but we need to carry on and work hard for the season after.”

The lure of Champions League football would make it easier for Arsenal and considering he is reportedly available for 10 million and earns a little less than 75,000 a week, Arsenal should have little to no problem in their bid to sign him.

His signing could however mean someone in the current Arsenal side will leave and if you ask me, I would say it is Alex Oxlade Chamberlain who has been linked with a loan move to West Ham and Southampton.
