£38m Bid ACCEPTED, Work Permit Not An Issue, Arsenal Target Agrees Deal

Arsenal certainly will do well to sign a classy and very reliable centre back this summer and it is not a surprise we have been linked with the signing of a couple of them. However, reports today indicate Merseyside club Everton have prepared an audacious £38m bid to lure the Chelsea and Arsenal target Kalidou Koulibaly to the Goodison park.

The said bid has reportedly been accepted by Napoli who are said to be ready to let the player decide if he wants to leave the club or not.

According to Gazzetta World, Premier League club Everton are set to deep hands into their new-found riches and make an audacious £38m bid for Arsenal target and Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.

The Senegalese defender has been strongly linked with moves to North London club Arsenal and Chelsea this summer, though is still under contract with the Serie A club until 2019.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger continues to search for reinforcement, and has identified Koulibaly as a potential target.

It now looks like the Merseyside club is in pole position to sign the defender, as they are thought to be set to spend big on the defender.

Everton’s wealthy new owner Farhad Moshiri has reportedly released funds to recently appointed manager Ronald Koeman to spend and compete favourably with the Premier League giants.
