With the transfer window just three weeks away from being shut, Wenger is yet to fulfill his promise of bolstering his attack.
Reports emanating from Italy claims Arsenal have been handed a boost in their pursuit of Argentine striker Mauro Icardi with Inter plotting a swoop for Carlos Bacca as a direct replacement for the Arsenal bound striker.
