The media wave is currently being awash with the reports that Leicester City have rebuffed Arsenal £30million for the star player Riyad Mahrez adn this has not gone very well with the fans of Arsenal.
The modern transfer market is such that the value of players are overly inflated. We players are prised away from their clubs but with colossal sums and you’d expect Wenger and his men to come to terms with the fact that no player would be sole at a cheap.
The Algerian absolutely lit up the Premier League last season, contributing 17 goals and 11 assists to Leicester’s heroic title victory, and bagging himself the PFA Player of the Year award in the process.
Arsenal twitter are left with angst as they wonder if Wenger is living in the future or still in his past.
If Bad man Bolasie and Manè are worth £ 30 and £35 Million respectively, then Mahrez has to go for a lot more. £50 Million maybe

35 million for Mahrez ? And you think Leicester will sell at that price..? You must be kidding.

What's Wenger's next bid for Mahrez going to be? £30.1M

Just thinking if Bolasie goes for £30m, how on earth are we gonna get Mahrez for less than £30m? https://t.co/aRUZr4zHnC
